The BioBased Circular Growth Fund proposal paves the way for the Netherlands to switch to the use of climate-neutral materials. New production chains are being developed for plastics, synthetic materials, and building materials that are at least as competitive as the current ones, but with a significant difference: they replace fossil carbon compounds with plant-based alternatives.
